She's spent over a decade building businesses and guiding women into a deeper exploration of themselves and the impact they’re capable of having through their business while living a slow, intentional, and sacred life.
She is a 4x Female Founder and Creator of the Loss & Light™ Healing Affirmation Card Deck. She is also the Co-Founder of Meadows Realty Group, Detroit Mobile Bar, and Retreat to Reclaim where she leads women on retreats around the world.
Throughout her intimate coaching containers, immersive retreats, breathwork and somatic method workshops, Lauryn uses a mind-body-spirit approach so you can experience focused and holistic growth. She helps you build a life & business that doesn’t compromise your natural rhythm, human design, or sacred feminine.
