Live Simply

How do I live more simply, more peacefully, and more freely — beyond this screen and these posts?

That’s the question I’ve been asking myself... or maybe, more accurately — that’s the answer Ben has been willing me to find.

This past week we have been honoring Ben’s 1 year anniversary (birthday!? I’m still unsure here) and while I find myself longing to hold him in my arms, hang his photos on my walls, and hear his laugh...

I also thank him for EVERYTHING he has and continues to ✨ reveal ✨ to me, every single day.

One thing I know for sure as I enter what really feels like the beginning of a new healing year, is that he has asked me to share his ✨ light and his message with the world this year — and that I will do — and it’s just the beginning.

I love you my sweet boy, I will continue to laugh and live more simply, peacefully, and freely in your honor. 🌿🦋✨
