Loss Resources
to Guide You Through Unexplainable Grief
Hey friend. My warrior heart is here to take a stand for yours.
While I’m glad you found your way to this page, I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss. After giving birth to my stillborn son Ben in 2019, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find the light - or find myself again. With time, great support, and much wisdom from the below resources, I was able to find my footing once again.
My heart breaks for you—and it is with deep empathy that I can say, I’m here to hold massive space for you. (If we were in person, I’d throw my arms tightly around you too.) Not only is it hard to endure loss purely as a human, but to keep going as a business owner. And while you may be motivated to work even harder, creating plenty of distraction, I encourage you to honor the pain that’s weighing heavily on your heart.
I hope this treasure chest of stories and community starts to fill the despair in your soul as they did for mine. I’m sending you so much love and light on your path to healing.
Stories of others. Stories of my own.
Both reading and writing became very healing for my warrior mama heart. You can find my own stories over on the blog and I would highly recommend the following books and podcasts:
