Everyone loves to say, be your own boss, create your own freedom.

BUT no one wants to talk about what happens when your business STOPS because life happened.

When your business stops, so does your income, your momentum, and your entrepreneurial spirit. 💔

I share this compassionately, because it’s the things you don’t see coming that you cannot plan for.

When we lost our son, Ben, at nearly 33 weeks pregnant, our lives came to a complete stop. 🛑

Now, I’m forever grateful to my former self for having started my own real estate business 3 years prior and that I had team members (and my amazing husband) to help make it work — but it was a hard lesson to learn.

When life stops, so does your business.

Here we are, 16 months later, and while our hearts are still healing, I can confidently say that Ben has given me the greatest wake up calls of my life. One of which has to do with my business.

I’m stronger, smarter, wiser now.

We’ve made BIG leaps in our business to make sure that if and when life happens and we must pause again, our income will not.

As a real estate agent, I’m happy to chat with any realtor friends out there who want to know how — in fact, it would be my honor — as it’s a part of my soul mission now.
